• total-synthesis of the microtubule-stabilising marine (+) pelorusid A and investigations of structure-activity concerns of analogue compounds
• catalytic, enantio-selective addition of alcohols, thioles and c-nucleophile meso-epoxides with the help of a universal chiral scandium-bypiridine-complex for the synthesis of chiral enntiomerene- enriched fine chemicals.
• catalytic enantio-selective aldol-Tishenko-reactions of ketone aldoles acting as an enol-equivalent for the synthesis of polyhydrolited compounds
• development of new organo-catalytic C-C conjunction reactions
